the white mold invasion continues on this pie(ea)ce... i used rubbing alcohol after it appeared in the underpainting & tea tree oil last night and this morning after a second underpainting yesterday. i don't want to use boric acid (toxicity) and wonder about Borax leaving a film on the textured surface. then there's the possibility of just letting it grow and filming the live mold art of the egg carton foundation for the arts! with my mold allergies that experiment isn't likely.
the mold has subsided/died off with the tea tree treatments. will rid the mold before adding more water element...
