... in particularly in the area of my body!
*what I am doing to make it easy on myself.
*1. Sleep regular
*2. Avoid dairy as it provides a mucous body for the virus to hang in, particularly in the digestive tract, respiratory (sinus, throat, pharynx, larynx, lungs, pores, etc.) and circulatory systems. No doubt it doesn't stop there and effects the nervous and reproductive systems.
*2a Avoid red meat / tougher to digest.
*3. Chicken soup is renown Jewish tradition for most any ailment.
*4. Plenty of H2O.
4a.Teas and juices can be problematic. Teas give us the illusion that we are drinking water and medicinal decoctions are for treating illness. Juices provide sugars that feed the virus. Freshed squeezed organic citrus is good in small amounts. There are @4 oranges in 1 cu of oj. Would you eat 4 oranges?
*5. 1/4 tsp nutmeg Myristica fragrans is a wonderful diarrhea deterrent 3xd
*6. 40mg/3-4xd of Echinacea. Am using organically grown Echinacea purpurea root and flower, Echinacea angustifolia root, and Echinacea pallida root extract from Herbalist & Alchemist.
6a Take Vit C, up to 3000 to 4000mgs extra C can induce more diarrhea!
*7 Love self anyway. Allow the virus to due its course, it strengthens self!
*8 Laugh!!!
