this walk toward a Water [& Air] quality treatment was funded greatly by local resources thru students at UNCW. the students and the funding moved on. unfortunately this occurs readily without continued fundings and people energies. the toxic runoff from lawn and garden pesticides, concrete breaking down and its toxic chemistry lands up in ground Waters and sewage leakage adds a nasty morning odor to the chemical mix as an obvious release of toxins to Air quality as well.
