Curry, Curry & Curry and Coriander and Cilantro

The more commonly available Curry powder in US of A stores is a combination of several herbs. Turmeric root Curcuma longa, a strong dye, Coriander seed Coriandrum sativum (Cilantro is the leaf of Coriandrum sativum) and Cumin seed  are in it and typically give it the color we are familiar with.
