Low Falls with High Falls

got my self reoxygenated with the falls... 

High Falls is 96' high with a 200' span and Low Falls is about a 12' drop with maybe a 40' - 50' span... worked with this stratified 4' x 20' stone...

I was disgusted to see so much trash laying strewn about from the parking area to the Water's edge... some signs about the area say "No Littering"... I chatted with a local woman walking with her dog who spoke of the town authorities and the locals inability to cope with and to in courage encourage the "out of towners" coming in and trashing the place...appearing with this person as a they did it situation and appearing with myself and others as a full spectrum cultural, local and not local, lack of respect for our lands and animals, each other and ourselves...

"carry in, carry out" is a common sense and a natural way for us to be with our lands and animals, each other and ourselves as caring beings... much of the upper falls area is 

high-fenced off and signed with "Danger" and "No Tresspassing" by the electric power company that owns and uses the damned area of the Roundout Creek as its' own power source... obviously a 96' fall could be deadly and most often we are prevented access to our Waters to recreate ourselves by private utility and personal landowners... sense of commoning is missing in our culture and we have forgotten, and are prevented from re-membering ourselves with what is around and inside ourselves as human beings... 

there is no practical purpose for question, guilt/blame or sorrow about it as each is too often self perpetuating and a one way downward spiral without returns...
