during the night of the 30th rain and an unknown, possibly Boo the cat, a racoon or deer, rearranged the grid formation. with the dawning Sun light passing through nearby trees a larger grid like pattern is suggested in this shot above...

later in the day with changing light, Wind & Sun the ants industrious
mound work forms a calligraphic indication...

(5/29/14) as I lay in each of the colors; y, g, o, b, r & v I moved the cardboard grid framework

arcing to the left and allowing a small amount of each layer behind visually implying movement,

as process, to the final positioning on the Uranus charred ground of the "Cardinal Cross" installation...
