this exciting podal print was done in the studio working on the "lavender trimmings webh" underpainting. this was washed off with warm water }no soap/heavy detergent} moments after this shot while cleaning up.

the hands and feet are four of the most absorbant places on our bodies for taking in healing with beneficial herbs, minerals, nutrients and energy. looking at what curative effects of the full spectrum of pigment color, with reds dominant, and the mineral oxides of the earth pigments on the "reflexology" points of the foot. these particularly red pigments would be filled with Iron, ie.  

yoginis and yogis would encourage me to develop grounding my 3 small digits!
