"...a progressing transformation..." note 13
note 13 shows "...a progressing transformation..." after attaching the fired two panels to our canvas using organic wheat paste/spring water. After applying the paste I weighted down the piece with with layers of large cardboard sheets recovered from the dumpster of living. On top of that several layers of 2 x 4s topped with 2 full/heavy 18" x 24" household recycling bins. This operation was upon our poured concrete back porch. The absorbancy of the concrete & cardboard, a 90+˚ day and low humidity quickened the drying time. By mid afternoon the weight was removed and the art work hung flatly to cure with the air in my studio.
