Here the grid "appears" on and about the sidewalk in red, blue & white colored chalk the day after the news reported Osama bin Laden dead. The printed reads "LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE. To the right is the direction East. The #3 in red. Will ask about the neighborhood to see if the artist(s) would like credit in creating this work. May edit that in later when we get to speak with their intentions...
