3 tbs almond flour (6 ground almonds)
1 tbs oil
1 tbs maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cardamon
1/4 tsp ginger
3 cu almond milk
add raisins, seeds, nuts and/or fruit
stir ingredients well and cook rising to boil, turn down to slow cook for 10 - 15 mins, stir oftenly
