below High Falls and Low Falls with the recent rains the Waters have risen and stones along the Roundout Creek banks are inaccessible... I selected three stones of a circle Fire with toxic briquettes as marker stones... much of the area is high-fenced off and signed with "Danger" and "No Tresspassing" by the electric power company that owns and uses the damned area of the Roundout Creek as its' own power source... other access areas to the creek are signed off with no trespassing by local landowners...

with high Water with the rains there was a clear line of plastics and other crap marking the high water line... this place is marked as a scenic stop - seems the meaning of scenic is changing...

information signs for the area are still in place for visitors both with accessible areas 

and inaccessible areas... signaling transitions toward privatized Waters...
